When choosing a cream, it is worth checking if it contains the ingredients of good quality that are proven to moisturize and hydrate the skin, such as butter or oils. Moisturizing masks, which can be used even several times a week, are very helpful. You can choose between cream or gel masks as well masks in a sheet. A tonic, but alcohol-free, is also essential for dry skin care. It will provide strong hydration and prepare it for further care treatments. Dehydrated skin also needs a peeling, but it is the best if it is a gentle enzymatic peeling or natural mechanical peeling. It is also important to ensure that the body is moisturized from the inside. It is recommended to drink at least two liters of water a day, limiting the amount of coffee and black tea in favor of green teas.
